Riversimple is a hydrogen fuel cell electric car company establishing a business model based on subscriptions rather than car ownership. As Head of Service, I focused on establishing their subscription service around the launch of the Rasa car through two beta test projects (private and fleet) supported by funders including Innovation UK. Programme partners included Monmouthshire and Pembrokeshire County Councils, Milford Haven Port Authority, NHS Trust and Welsh Water.
